I want to give a huge shout-out to STEPFON at the returns counter in Hurst location! He’s hands-down the most perfect service staff member I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I walked up, I was met with a smile and a helpful attitude. Stepfon went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of correctly. I came in with a very messy situation involving a purchase and refund process that had been handled incorrectly by another staff member, but Stepfon handled it with absolute grace. Even though the situation was a headache, he remained super patient and didn't show the slightest bit of frustration or discomfort.
He stayed focused, fixed the errors, and made sure I walked away happy. It’s rare to find someone who stays that calm and helpful when cleaning up a difficult mistake. Lowe’s is lucky to have someone of this caliber— STEPFON! Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!

Do not buy any kobalt lawn equipment, I had a pole saw piece stop working from a issue with the connections, went to exchange it just to be told by someone that couldn’t talk straight tell me their isn’t any kind of warranty on their”lawn” equipment when it even says in the instructions if there is an issue bring it to the store. Will not be using this location or maybe even Lowe’s anymore as a whole. not to mention I also have the receipt still as well…

This team is amazing the customer service the attention to my family's needs and helps the honesty in their knowledge of what they did didn't know the ability and ease to find someone who did so they could help us make a good buying decision w/ Generator Purchasing electrical extensions due to oncors power outage situation that effected 21 people for a whole day so we didn't loose our freezer full of food. Here to report on racist behavior by an employee named “Elijah”. I was there shopping for a Fan but was having hard time finding it so i went to the nearest associate i could find and there he was helping a white couple, i waited there and he was nice and polite with them but when i greeted him he doesn’t respond and instead gives me smirk face with genuine hate in his eyes for some reason. I still told him that i was looking for that one type of fan and he replied saying that he was busy like he was on vacation and just walked away. He obviously wouldn’t have said that if it was a white costumer but since i am not white he had to showcase his Neo-nazi behavior. Wow what a service Lowe’s. Never visiting again.
