Should have younger guys in the loading area. Other than that great store. Employees are normally really helpful

When the doors were rolled out I could immediately see a lot of damage on the door. Had to roll it back in and find one in decent condition, which we did. I have had the door installed and today was going to install the storm door and upon unboxing it is also damaged. Disappointed in the quality of products and the inconvenience of now having to return the storm door. These are expensive items and wish there was better quality control.

When I asked for help from some guy with painted black fingernails, I got brushed off because another employee asked for help with another customer who was looking for a drill bit. After I waited for him to come back and assist I realized I would have rather banged my head against a cinderblock wall than go through dealing with him. I did find a 24" x 24" floor tile (with an in-stock sticker) that I would have liked to buy just a single piece to see if it was going to work for my back patio. It just wasn't in-stock. In the DFW area, only 1 store had 18 pieces. His response, "well we have been reducing amount of tile we keep instock"... don't think I'll be back to lowes, this experience was unpleasant and uncomfortable with this guy who's more interested in the nick-nacks on his red vest than knowing his products.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
