- RBRichard BlakelyApr 2, 20262.0Good. Service. However they need to reform their return/exchange policy. We bought a recliner on a Saturday. Was delivered to us the next Tuesday. My wife who is disabled, tried it out at home that night and needed to exchange for another due to worse back pain. Went back and found a more comfortable chair for her. Brought it out the same day, delivered and exchanged for original. All that was good, but we were greeted with a $700+ restocking fee! Even though we bought a replacement from them! Contract states a return within 48 hours, but we didn’t have that time to decide, since we bought in weekend and not delivered until Tuesday.

We had a very difficult flooring situation in a historic building on the square in Huntsville. I had several bids for the job, and most of them were honestly perplexed with how to handle the situation. David Ward walked in and came up with up with a great solution for what we needed. We went with his recommendation, and his installation crew was fabulous. The result was so beautiful, we cannot thank David and his crew enough for how amazing the flooring turned out. Very much appreciated!!!
