- CMCarolyn MDec 4, 20254.0Had a house key made, and the key worked great. Some issues with the machine. The volume was turned up loud, felt like it was yelling at me the whole time. Even people walking by were staring. The key I was copying wouldn’t stay in the slot, had to push it in with both hands to get it to scan. Made it interesting when trying to hold the key and select options. I first chose an Astros key, but decided to change it when I realized it was only available to be mailed. Tried to go back to select a different key design and the machine locked up. Was about to leave, and it started yelling at me again. Ended up getting a Texans key. How does a machine have a Texans key in stock but not an Astros key? Overall, got what I needed. Price was a little higher than going to the hardware store, but the new key worked the first time, so was worth it.
