    I went to curbside pickup, but check in wasn't working on my phone, so I called and the associate said she would let someone know I was there. It took 45+ minutes and another call before anyone came out. I don't recommend pickup here. I would have just gone in myself, except I had 3 small children with me, and am about-to-pop pregnant, and the item ordered was somewhat heavy.

    This lowes slammed the door in my face because it was 5:59 am instead of 6am Extremely rude and lazy behavior. I will never shop at Lowe's again. This place has been sucking for a while now, and this is the nail in the coffin.

    As someone that frequents, this store often and spends a good amount of money here each month I will probably be taking a break from this store after today. Went in to get lights, and there was a deal for $10 off. Well, I guess the deal was expired, and the young lady at the cashier stand was going to honor it anyways. Because the deal was still shown as the deal price. Another employee named David decided he needed to make sure that she didn't honor that price. And what's persistent about the date being expired for 3 days, So I couldn't get the deal. I feel like david should have let the original employee that was helping me finish it because him interjecting and making sure that a customer didn't feel like they were taken care of in that store, even though it was only a twenty dollar savings that I would have saved, it was the way he approached it. That just made me annoyed and I had to leave the store without even purchasing the lights. I probably still would have purchased the lights even if the price wasn't honored had david not interjected himself as if a expired deal is something a Customer should have to pay attention to when the original price was covered with the deal sticker.

    If I could give this location 0 or negative stars, I would! Management here accused me of (I guess?) trying to grift them on a legitimate exchange of a tall propane heater like you see at restaurants in the winter. I purchased a unit to use in my garage, got it home, and found it was missing some pieces necessary for assembly so I took it back to the store with the receipt and asked to exchange it. They took the exchange and when I went to check the new one for the missing pieces it was missing them too, so I asked to exchange it again. That was when the manager came out from the back of the store to talk to me and explain why I couldn't exchange it again, and she decided to accuse me of trying to rip them off with my exchange. Like I said this was over a year ago but I'm still resentful of the person who made those statements. I was unable to complete the exchange and still have an unassembled heater I can't use. I've even contacted the manufacturer but the pieces that they shipped me didn't include everything that was missing so I've given up on trying to get this assembled. Furthermore I contacted the 800 number for Lowe's customer service and asked to be put in touch with the district manager. They apparently can't forward requests to the district manager and can't share contact info for the district management office, so the only thing you can do is call in and file a complaint through the 800 number which ultimately just results in nothing happening. Case in point! Lowes customer service just responded to my review to ask me to call the exact same 800 number that I already called.

    The customer service at the Atascocita location was very poor. We were looking for assistance in the appliance area and waited for more than 40 minutes, but no one came to help us. We then went to the front desk, and afterward we had to go look for the associate ourselves. When we finally found the lady and asked if she was the one assisting in that department, she responded, “Yes, what do you want?” with a very poor attitude. We explained that we wanted her to provide us with a little more information about the appliance, and she simply replied, It says everything right there. I understand that she may have been busy, but that is not the right way to respond to customers. A little more attention and courtesy toward customers would be greatly appreciated and another attendance said , that was going to send someone and nothing happened over all, all customer services is very poor.
