    Before my complaint I would encourage you to go to the KINGWOOD Lowes on hwy 59 or just Go to Home Depot. This was the second experience with lowes employees that I felt was terrible. Around 7:45- 7:50 pm I ordered a dishwasher to catch one of the recent deals and figured curbside pickup would make things a bit easier for me. I knew it was a bit late but figured after going to another store it would be ready. Well, we went to the store after about 40min to show my wife the appliances we ordered in person and to burn some time. When I got to the store I went to customer service to ask if it was possible to turn my order into a pick up or if I could just get them to drop it to the floor so I could bring it out of the store myself once we were done looking around/shopping once we were ready if the order wasn't ready. The employee did not answer my question or attempted to but instead she let me know since it was still in the curbside cue that "...it would get pulled and I would get notified when it was ready." with clearly apathetic attitude and body language. So, I returned around 9:20, after not seeing anyone in the curbside parking lot but my car alone since I arrived. So, I went to ask the same female worker from before and she brushed me off and pointed me to customer services since she wasn't there. Once there the new young lady said they let everyone in the storage and receiving areas leave around 9pm so there was more than likely no one who "could" get the machine for me. She then proceeded to call around and then told me that someone said that they would try to locate the product for me. So I wait until 9:45 trying to be patient and graceful about it only to be told that even though there were people working on pallets in the back that they couldn't make time to get my order and that this was due to them being short staffed in general. To be clear, my job could've been accommodated and completed before 9pm when I got there but I was brushed off. This was by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever had in my life that I can remember. There is no way that you can tell me that even though you had workers there that they couldn't accommodate someone I this way when there was still time to make the change. I would encourage you to go to the KINGWOOD Lowes on hwy 59 or just Go to Home Depot. This was the second experience with lowes employees that I felt was terrible. the first was with my almost 70yr old Dad while trying to by large pieces of wood and not even being offered help with it at the register while listening to the young cashier talk to some guy about some experience he had with a female while having customers right next to him. The whole time, ...never offered any help to me or my father out of consideration. On THE CLOCK! They don't want to work or they hate that environment at that Job.

    We were trying to find the right paint for an accent wall. We waited over 30 minutes and no one came to that department to attend us, then we decided to just buy one that was marked down since we were gonna try a wall to see if we would like it and when we were checking out, we waited another 10 minutes because the pain was not scanning… the manager had to come and help. Not so friendly staff either.
