I ordered 4 bags of dirt via Lowe's website and expected an employee or someone who worked for the company to be bringing the dirt...not for them to use Uber Eats. So the chick pulls up in my driveway and as shes walking to my door, she is saying "I'm not carrying this shit." She rings the doorbell and walks back to the car and as I'm coming out, I hear her exclaiming she's not doing this and takes one of the bags and throws it on the grass next to the car. She then sees me standing there and goes "oh...im sorry I can't do this." And takes another bag out and throws them in the same place. I ordered delivery specifically because ive had back issues the last 3 days and am not supposed to carrying things like this. I pick up a bag and carry it to my porch and she wasn't going to help until I tipped her. Then she felt bad and helped me carry the bags to my porch and then took a pic like she carried them there by herself. Don't think she even realized I have cameras and have everything recorded including me carrying the bags from her car. I wouldn't expect Lowe's to actually be ok with this level of customer service.
