- BWBrian WrightMar 14, 20181.0Not specifically this location but the repair department. I had used their repair service twice in the past. The tech they sent did great work on my pump and my heater. So i figured id call for a simple repair to a valve gasket. Was told the tech would be out on a Tuesday. They no called no showed. I actually had to call them the following day and they said they had it scheduled for the following day. So 2 days past the schedule with no call or notice to me. My wife spent the entire day waiting at home for them. I called to complain and all i got was a sorry with a crap attitude from the operator. No offer to make it right or send someone right over. Texsun, it shouldn't be your customers responsibility to keep track and resetting appointments. I understand you get busy and have to push people off to another day, but call them don't leave them hanging in the wind. If a Tuesday appointment had to be pushed to 2 days later you knew that Tuesday morning, a phone call would of fixed a lot and kept you a customer.
