- GKGeoffrey KingNov 28, 20251.0I financed a power lift chair for a few surgeries I had planned for $3000. This chair has broken down 3 times already in 1 year of purchase. The technicians are so busy with broken lazboy equipment that it will be at least 1 month before yours can get repaired. I was forced due to necessity of a power lift recliner to purchase a power lift chair from Walmart for $300. I should have done this in the first place and never wasted my money with Lazboy. I would advise anyone to do the same. Walmart $300 > Lazboy $3000.
- BMbillie jo marshNov 19, 20251.0Purchased a sleeper sofa a few years back. The mechanism that holds the mattress squeaks whether you weigh 20 pounds or 200 pounds. Prior to moving to Texas this was covered under Warranty, due to the location now in Texas, the stores are franchises versus corporate. Which means we are out of luck for any support Warranty Wise. You would think La-Z-Boy is La-Z-Boy but not the case.

Staff introduced themselves and told me to look around and get back to them if I needed anything. Didn't take long to look around, sat on a couple sofas and prices were a little high for what they had to offer vs what I was willing to spend and so I left. Wasn't a bad experience or anything, just didn't have what I was looking for.

I have called twice and left messages and they have not returned my calls. I have also emailed twice with no response. I'm considering going to the Better Business Bureau and demanding a refund. I will absolutely never purchase here again.
