    While Christmas tree shopping at this location, I overheard an employee’s radio saying to “keep an eye on the two customers who look the same, One in a sweater.” Considering it was early morning with barely any customers, it felt pretty clear they were referring to me and my brother. We’re young, yes, but nothing about us or our behavior justified being profiled while we were literally shopping for a tree that costs about two weeks of their paychecks. It was disappointing, unprofessional, and unnecessary. I hope the staff here finds better opportunities once the company completes its bankruptcy, because this type of customer treatment is exactly why it’s happening.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
