    I always enjoy shopping at this location because you can always find staff that is eager to help. My recent visit on 10/4 was another great shopping experience. My husband came along because I can't lift/bend down. I was purchasing semi large Halloween decor & all the staff on the floor, cashier & management were personable. Upon leaving while parked in front a nice gentleman came out & helped load box on the back of my truck. Just one of the many reason I continue to shop at this location. They never let the line get too long & always call for back up cashiers to the front to assist. Thank you At Home- Humble TX team for the great customer service.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
