  I had a really great experience at this location, and Mr. Solomon stood out in the best way. He was super helpful and made sure the place stayed clean and organized the entire time I was there. What really made a difference is that he was actually attentive to customers instead of just sitting around like I’ve seen with past workers. He went above and beyond by helping people load their laundry when their hands were full, and he was constantly checking in to make sure things were running smoothly. He was friendly, respectful, and had a really positive attitude the whole time I was there. It’s rare to come across someone who actually cares about their job and the customers like that. Mr. Solomon definitely made my visit easier and more pleasant, and I appreciate his kindness and work ethic.

  I have been coming to this location for almost a year and tonight was the worst experience with customer service. Before going I called to asked what time the business was closing since tomorrow is holiday. I had to ask the question 3x and he act like he didn’t understand my question. When I entered the tall black male kept barking at me to wipe my feet since he had mopped (which I had already did). I took my basket to the machine, then went to load my card. He had plenty of time to tell me the washers were not working. As I’m loading my clothes he says those are not on and working. I responded that a sign would be nice. The portion that says enter your card was powered. After I dried my clothes I was sending a message a text, and he said something to me and I said didn’t need any help. He responded “I didn’t ask if you needed help, I asked if you done. I need to mop over there.” Mind you it was before 11:30pm people were still washing and drying clothes. I responded I will move when I am ready. If he cared about customer service as much as he cared about the floors my experience would have been pleasant.
