She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me combine what felt like a million different laundry cards into one. I’m pretty sure I showed up with enough cards to start my own laundromat, but she handled it like a pro and even made the whole thing fun. On top of that, the facility was impressively clean and well maintained. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the place looking great. Ms. Trina was also so welcoming and friendly—it really made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. Great customer service like that makes a big difference. Thank you, Ms. Trina!
