  Speed Queen is doing a really great job. My first time in the Houston area, and I think it’s also my first time at a laundromat like this. It’s really easy to pay just with my card. Destiny told me that I can get the app and get rewards, but this is just for a traveling season. Really nice employee, dedicated to her job, cleaning, and really good service. Maybe coming back next week to see her and her smiling face. Thank you, Destiny, for your job and dedication to this place. You make my day easy and happy.

  my mother has been a loyal customer here for years (cash paying customers), but her recent experience under the new management was deeply upsetting. As an older Black woman who has supported this business since the beginning, she was shocked by the blatant disrespect and defiant attitude of the new young woman working the counter. Not only was she unfriendly, but her behavior felt dismissive and exclusionary. It is heartbreaking to see the diverse, welcoming staff replaced by someone who clearly doesn't value all members of this community.   Laundrie met does not open at seven a m.Not sure what's going on with this laundry mat, but it does not open at seven.So maybe they need to change and fix the hours instead of says on the door on the website.But it's very misleading when you want to get in and get out

  I was liking this location but it seems like management/employee has changed.. The New girl Destiny is rude, has nasty breath and attitude and please make her put regular shoes on and fix her hygiene!!!!!! flopping and sliding around in those shoes she wears are loud and it's so ANNOYING and UNPROFESSIONAL. I will make it a point not to come when she is there or I'll go somewhere else. I was liking the vibe at first now things have changed. please hire better workers. I miss the old ones and one more thing the only reason I even got the destiny's name is that I had to call and ask because she wouldn't my tell me. very very unprofessional and rude. i miss the family feeling is this laundry mat.
