You know why Amazon is stealing your business & soul? Because trying to solve problems in your buildings is excruciating bordering on impossible. So you can’t win on price & now you’re not going to win on the solution side? What is left but slow, painful irrelevance & in time extinction?
Your leaders are frantically plugging “comp holes” but failing to understand who you need to be in order to succeed in this new reality. But no worries, they’ll get paid & move on while folks that depended on them ran the business to the ground on shortsightedness.
These isles will grow emptier and emptier until it all makes sense in a documentary.

The employees are very rude and walk away fast when you try to talk to them. Me and my son were trying to get help and this lady saw us walking up and she turned around and was walking fast away. My son kept saying excuse me mam, can I please get some help. He finally got right up behind her after he ran ahead of me. They didn't have what we were looking for and she smiled and looked very happy telling him that. But I just said thank you and we left. Definitely won't be going back to this location.

This is the worst Lowe’s I have ever dealt with as far as customer service goes. I understand Peter can’t control Lowe’s but he can control the way he talks to customers and I was pretty upset and being shushed and told I’m gonna listen to him to then be interrupted when I tried to talk. Came to cancel order because the experience was so disappointing. Because of lack of timing on our part, we had to purchase another dryer from this store, but if we were not absolutely forced to, because of our own time restraints, we would have gone somewhere else absolutely! Even another Lowe’s would be fine. We are huge supporters of Lowe’s and we’ve always had a wonderful experience, but we will never ever be back to this Lowe’s!
Also, when my husband came in to cancel the order and pick up a dryer, the woman at the customer service desk was extremely rude and unfriendly so it seems to be a common theme through the store. I recommend to spend your money elsewhere, even at another Lowe’s.

Get some staff for your registers. People shouldn't have to stand in line on a busy Saturday on 2 out of 6 registers open. And I shouldn't have to scan my merchandise and figure out how to pay for it. Where is the customer service at the check out. Don't you people see the lines?

How is this a Lowes? Really bad staff when you can find them! No help and left to wander on your own. Absolutely useless. I even called the store manager to complain but he didn’t seem to care.
Nothing like their commercials. I think twice when I have to have home products then go somewhere else.
