  I had the best experience here with Anthony! He was very knowledgeable and did a great job of answering all of my questions, and I had a lot. I never felt pressured to buy which really sealed it for me. Anthony was so patient and provided everything I needed to feel good about my purchase. I will definitely be back when I’m ready to add onto my sactional!

  Came in for a couch and came out SO happy [and with a couch] from Tori’s guidance and expertise. What a great in-store experience. Highly recommend anyone come in not just to sit and feel the comfort, but learn what makes these couches different and special from any other.

  My husband and I purchased our first LoveSac yesterday (Sactional) and couldn't be happier w/ the service we were provided at the store. For the last month, we have gone a few times to the store store to finalize our layout, review fabrics, sit on the couch again, etc. Mainly because I struggle to make a quick decision without a ton of research/thought! Each and every time we went into the store, all of the store associates were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. They never made us feel like a nuisance, no matter how many times they had seen us recently, and they always gave us their full attention and time. They made a point to remember my name and would greet me by name when I came into the store. It's clear from speaking with the manager of this location (Tori) that she loves what she does & the company she works for. She has a very high level of customer service, something that her employees all have as well. While the online LoveSac websites provides the experience of building your Sactional online, I HIGHLY suggest going to the store & speaking with the team here. They were beyond helpful in ways the website could never be -- helping with best fabrics for dogs, explaining what we needed to get the exact layout we were looking for, etc. Overall, I would recommend this specific location to anyone & everyone!! I'm even bummed that I won't get to see Tori & her team so much now!!

  I love how supportive and patient the sales associates are. They all worked collectively to make sure I had the perfect sofa for my current home that could expand into our future home. 🥰 I chose this location because of their easy parking. I didn't have to park in a garage or walk for minutes in a shopping strip. The lovesac sactional sofa is so comfy as long as you stay away from the standard fill. Choose lovesoft or downfill. Also make sure all the sides for the back are Angled sides. The regular box standard sides are extremely uncomfortable . They will poke into your back. It's worth the money. Make sure you get a good discount and wait for a sale.
