  Caution with their diagnostic service. They charge $115 for a “visual diagnostic” and $160 for a more in depth one. The visual fee is applied toward repairs if you proceed with service, but the deeper diagnostic fee is not credited back. Doesn’t make any sense. This policy was never explained to us at the store when they recommended the diagnostic, and it feels misleading, almost like a way to squeeze more money out of customers. Had this been disclosed upfront, we never would have agreed. Overall, very frustrated and disappointed with the lack of transparency.

  Garbage place they have no customers so they jack up customers at 4 times the price of Home Depot. It is a crooked place about to go out of business.

  Leslie’s pool located at 11920 Westheimer has the worst service ever. They used to have 2 or 3 people at the store including a manager. Now is just one person doing all job. The result is last 3 times i have come to the store I’ve have to wait more than 1/2 hour for a test result that normally takes 5 minutes! I will say if you have another option to go somewhere else please do it. Don’t waste your time.
