  I'm not one who usually takes the time to write about a bad review of a company, but If I can help anyone else from getting scammed then I will do so. If you ever lock yourself out of your car and are in need of a locksmith LOOK ELSE WHERE!! Other than the customer service I will say this company will do anything, but take your money. I contacted the main line and explained my situation and gave my contact info and they let me know someone would reach out to me soon. About 20 minutes later, I receive a call from one these company employees asking a couple questions & I asked him about how much would I be paying and if he accepted card. He said he couldn't tell me until he saw the car. I let him continue on coming and as soon as he did arrive he let me aware of the cost of $165 and an additional cost of $20 to use my card. I did not take a second to think and told him well okay try opening the door first. I should of known when the car pulled up with no reference to working for the company that this would be a bad idea. The employee opened my car in less than 5 minutes and I asked him if it would be okay if I went to the gas station to pull some cash. He told me that would be fine or also gave me the option of using Zelle. I took his offer and zelle'd him. I regret doing that now, because for the past couple of days I have been trying to receive a receipt from this company and cannot seem to receive one. I tried calling the main number and they have no reference of me doing business with them. When they tried connecting me with a local locksmith near me who possibly helped me they as well did not have any record that I did business with them. I then contacted the guy who this company sent out to me and he said he would tell the office to send a receipt asap. He sounded very nervous as I explained I need this receipt in order for me to receive a reimbursement from my work insurance . I usually stick to tow trucks for situations like this and moving forward I will stick to that. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
