- SASarah AmarroMar 7, 20261.0I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with Kefi Spaces was disappointing enough that I feel others should be aware before booking. The space looks great in the photos online, but the actual experience didn’t match what was advertised. The overall condition and organization of the space didn’t feel well maintained, and it gave the impression that presentation online is prioritized more than the real customer experience. Communication was another issue. Getting straightforward answers was difficult, and when concerns were brought up, it didn’t feel like they were taken seriously or handled professionally. When you’re paying the rates they charge, you expect a certain level of service and accountability. What really stood out to me was the lack of attention to detail and overall management of the space. Small things that should have been handled ahead of time were not, which made the experience feel disorganized and frustrating. Houston has a lot of creative spaces and venues available, and unfortunately this one didn’t meet the expectations set by their marketing. I would strongly suggest doing thorough research and considering other options before booking here.
