    As a builder, Ferguson does not make the grade. Poor communication all around. When I get to the manager, Jon (??) she promises a call back or update in 30 minutes but even she can’t follow through just like the rest of the employees. Sad.

    Overpromised and underdelivered. I specifically asked to be notified if there would be any price increases and was told that I would be. If that wasn’t possible, it should have been communicated clearly upfront instead of setting an expectation that couldn’t be met. I was sourcing appliances for a new home—a significant purchase—and had already received strong quotes from three other suppliers. Based on the assurance I received, I decided to move forward here. However, by the time I finalized my order and got the invoice, ALL the remaining items had increased by several hundred dollars each, resulting in a total difference of several THOUSANDS dollars. When I raised the issue, they did not take responsible for their mistake. Debbie simply told me that I didn’t have to purchase from them—after I had already declined other suppliers who had invested time helping me with selections and quotes, and after other quotes are no longer valid - when I had no choice to start all over again. This experience felt like a bait-and-switch. It not only cost me money, stress, but also wasted days of my time and the time of other vendors I could have worked with instead. I tried to work this out many many times in a civil manner via calls & emails - at the end of the day, didn’t care and won’t take any responsibility for it. Please, I hope whoever is reading this doesn’t end up in a same situation. I do not write bad reviews of businesses, but this could have been dealt much better in their part. Not sure what I could have done better. There are many reputable suppliers out there such as Reece, K&N and FBS appliance store. Unfortunately, I regret choosing this one. Trust me, there are many that have competitive pricing, communicate well especially warning price increase when requested, or just honoring the quoted price.

    Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was charged TWICE for one single item — and instead of fixing their mistake, they’ve been dragging this out for over a week with zero resolution. The staff? Completely clueless and inattentive. Every time I asked a question, no one had an answer. It honestly felt like no one there knew what they were doing. On top of that, they gave my brother the WRONG item, forcing him to waste even more time going back to return it and reorder. Completely avoidable if they had done their job properly. I have now called THREE times on THREE different days, and each time I was told someone would “look into it” or “call me back.” Guess what? No call. No email. No refund. Nothing. It has been over a week, and they still haven’t fixed a simple double charge — which is THEIR mistake. This place clearly has: • Zero accountability • Untrained staff • No respect for customers’ time or money At this point, it honestly feels like they’re just hoping I’ll give up and let them keep my money. Avoid this place at all costs. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to fix it.

    Rude, snob and arrogant! The team is unfriendly and they don even acknowledge your presence in the store as if they don’t care for your business. That’s how Richmond location is!

    Horrible customer service! Went in on Saturday afternoon, spoke with the receptionist and got on the list to speak with someone. She said it could be a 15-20 min wait because they were busy. No problem. Walked around looking at appliances. Lost track of time when someone approached and said they were closing. Looked at my watch and had been in there about 50 mins. Said I was waiting to speak with someone and was basically told to come back on Monday, they were closing, and no one else would be helped. Really terrible customer service!

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
