I told them about seeing mice and droppings around MONTHS PRIOR to moving out, they said they would have an exterminator come through. I go back to get my stuff months later and it got distressingly worse. LITERALLY OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF FURNITURE CLOTHING AND PROPERTY, chewed through, covered in mouse droppings and urine, with no responsibility taken by the office whatsoever. And I really mean riddled, I saw a mouse on a completely different floor just run from one storage unit and into another. And worst yey the manager lady, Anastacia I believe, (who i was always nice to but is genuinely a nightmare of a human to deal with) dared to suggest it was my fault for having coffee in there (coffee grounds literally repel mice). Legal proceedings are soon to be underway. Check the videos, paid these people for over a year to store my belongings, and to have them returned to me like this is beyond the pale.
