- CCchinemeremApr 2, 20261.0YOU WILL GET YOUR THINGS STOLEN ! DONT STAY HERE. THE OPERATING UNITS BE IN ON IT SINCE BY THERE OWN WORDS “Oh this usually happens often”. Basically stating the lost item thst get stolen arent their business. Plus the coincidence of their not being a camera is sick. Scamming and Stealing from college students. I still have an on going police report about this case and they will get everything stripped with my lawyers. Its that deep shaking my head, especially for one who has insurance on the unit.
- TSTerence ScottMar 30, 20263.0I was a tenant at this location for 2 years and I never had any problems until recently. Some of the people now moving in are not that considerate of others! However, the one bright spot is the manager, Ivy! She was patient, thorough, and extremely helpful! Around the first week of March 2026, I had an attempted break-in to my unit. The thief tried removing the ceiling screws. Another customer came on the unit and the thief dropped his drill inside my unit and ran off. Theft averted!! Ivy was empathetic and offered me many concessions to try and keep my business, but I had to move on. Again, I loved the space other than that one incident and some of the new neighbors. Ivy is definitely a first class manager and Extra Space is lucky to have her!

- GWGregory WillsonMar 11, 20261.0The local office is wonderful, the customer service is excellent, and the facilities are top tier, but the corporate bait and switch strategy is definitely in full effect here. The lease agreement states your price and the fine print tells you that you can see price increases but to double the monthly rent after only 3 months is just dirty business. That’s just unacceptable.
