  I had a fantastic experience working with Tommy from Stoneside Blinds & Shades. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Tommy took the time to walk me through all of the options, explain the differences between materials and styles, and helped me choose the perfect blinds for my space without ever making me feel pressured. What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to making sure everything was just right. He listened carefully to what I wanted and offered great recommendations that fit both my style and budget. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to his expertise. If you’re considering new window treatments, I highly recommend asking for Tommy. His customer service, professionalism, and product knowledge made the entire experience top-notch.   I recently had a design consultation with Tommy Win from Stoneside Blinds & Shades, and even though I went a different direction with my window treatment plans at this time, I wanted to leave a review because the experience was genuinely great. Tommy was extremely communicative, honest, and easy to work with. He took the time to clearly explain the entire process and really listened to the vision I had in mind. I was looking for something simple and elegant, and he helped bring that concept to life by showing examples from past clients that aligned perfectly with what I was imagining. His professionalism, transparency, and design expertise made the consultation incredibly helpful. I hope to have the opportunity to work with Stoneside in the future and when I do, I will definitely be asking to work with Tommy again.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Tommy as our design consultant. He did an absolutely outstanding job asking us what our objective was, listening, and recommending a solution that matched what we needed. At no point throughout the process did I feel like I was being “upsold” or paying for something more than I needed. His attention to detail (I.e., putting a chain on a specific side of the window as to not ruin the aesthetic) was extremely helpful for someone who does not get window treatments often. Lastly, Tommy was very patient throughout the entire process, making sure he spent whatever time we needed to feel confident in our selections. I would highly recommend setting an appointment with Tommy if you’re in the market for window treatments of any kind!

  We had an awesome experience with our designer Tommy! It felt like Tommy was really listening to what we wanted, not just trying make a sale. He helped us create a beautiful plan for our new home, and we are excited to see it once it is installed. At the end of the consult, he even helped put up temporary blinds!! 5 star consultation and experience!

  Totally agree with other clients of Stoneside. If you want an honest, professional, and ‘not in it for me’ type attitude, ask for Tommy Win. I thought I would be ‘pulling the trigger’ but after spending over an hour discussing my project with Tommy, it was decided that I’m not quite there yet. He was so patient, helpful, and kind; and let me know that when I’m ready, he’ll be there. I cannot thank him enough for being so understanding and supportive. It’s employees like Tommy that makes you want to keep going back. So when I’m ready, without a doubt, I will be calling him. Thank you millions Tommy. You ROCK!!!
