  Our experience at Star Furniture was nothing short of great! From the moment we met Rabia we knew we were in great hands. Her knowledge and wisdom about all of the pieces is incomparable to anyone else we have ever worked with. She helped us pick the perfect set for our new home. We are so excited to get them into our space!

  Working with our salesperson ‘ T ’ was a great experience. He was very helpful in all aspects of the process of shopping for furniture and accessories. Star furniture has the best selection of furniture and decor, and you can’t beat their finance options. Thank you Star and T.

  Buy Elsewhere Worst decision ever. I have bought from rooms to go and exclusive furniture, by far the best experience was with exclusive furniture. Ive had problems with SF since I bought my couches, to now, when I need my couches cleaned... Sent PICTURES like they asked and called them 2 weeks later and they said my service was denied because the pictures were not clear. Then they called me to set up a swrvice appointment, at their leisure, not at my convenience, i mean, i just got work, right. Then waited 2 weeks for my appointment, today. I got a text at 0820 telling me someone would reach out because the person cannot make it. I later get a text saying tomorrow, at their leisure once again!!! Have nothing good to say about my Star Furniture expérience. Also this is how you have yo send the pictures!

  My Star account history had been current through December with autopay arrangements across my Star accounts. I was first made aware of any issue in February. Within days of that notice, on February 20, I made a $1,000 payment that brought the account current. A delinquency caused exclusively by a creditor’s incorrect address and failure to send statements is not accurate or reliable payment history under FCRA standards of maximum possible accuracy. Reporting such a late payment is materially misleading. I’ll be paying this off — and I will not be purchasing from them again. EVER!.

  This review goes to Rabia @ Star Furniture. Before, we decided to visit the store, we viewed items for a couple of weeks online before visiting your showroom floor. Our experience was phenomenal. My husband and I knew this was the place to purchase our forever furniture. Sometimes people judge you and feel as if you’re out of place because of the color of your skin not to even mention how you’re dressed. I learned a lesson a long time ago watching people judge someone by their appearance that you never know who you’re turning down. We could have chosen to shop at anywhere else in town but we chose Star Furniture. This has been an experience of a lifetime. We will always choose Star Furniture because of Rabia, for our dream home as well. Yes, you will see us again for round two, with a much larger order than the current one. Thank God, Rabia treated us just like family and that’s the Godly way. At the end of the day we’re all brothers and sisters in Christ remember that money is green when you look at your customers and forget about their ethnicity. Remember you have a great employee, at your next staff meeting talk about all money is green and treat every customer like their Rich.
