  To whom it may concern. I was at your location on fondren and west Belfort yesterday evening when the black getlman walked in and I overheard the conversation between the gentlemen and your employee the tall black girl that drives the grey jeep. She ask him what he needed and he told her that his cousin was in your location washing and she told him to leave with I felt was very rude and told him she was call the police on him. He didn't do anything and answered her question. Your employee did everything to provoke that man. As a customer that could have been my son father or husband that walked into your location and been treated that way or a customer coming to check the prices of your washer and dryer to wash clothes. I observed his going to sit down and mind his business and your associate kept going and running off at the mouth. While the light skinned girl was folding her clothes your assignment manager the black medium built girl was telling them that he didn't do anything and the other girl had over reacted and the district manager had called and told them it wasn't a police situation and to leave the man alone. The girl that started the situation she had left and came back and whomever called her she mad outside jumping up and down making a scene I could over here her outside. When the police approach the gentlemen he made it worse try to make it look like that man had done something. He had every right to defend himself because of your employee actions. I understand that there is a issue with people that do drugs and stuff in the area but as an establishment you can't go around profiling people because of the area. As a company and a whole y'all owe that customer an apology. Because if it were my kids my dad are husband I would have went off also. You as a company can't treat your customers that away. As a long time customer I will not return to any of your establishments and make sure I let people know not to do business with any of your establishments. Customer service goes a long way and I wonder how customers that location has lost because of your associate. I will praise the assignment manager for speaking up and telling the gentlemen and the girl I apologize for what the other girl had done and over reacted by all means. Last but not least the girl that started I heard her how she said it was a misunderstanding and then she tried to flip it because she was scared of what goes on in that area. If she can't deal with what goes on in that area and she is that scared she needs to look for a new job because you can't go around profiling people.

  The management here is VERY prejudice and needs to fired with the EXTREME PREJUDICE SHE SHOWS TOWARDS CUSTOMERS AND THE PEOPLE OUTSIDE! I live literally across the street and every time I come to this location, the manager Kay is ALWAYS in some types of drama. It’s people coming in and out the store not washing, cussing the workers out, the Manager Kay is into it with A LOT of people up here that I have seen PERSONALLY from situations SHE causes. I have witnessed the manger tell one of her workers on the phone that “she wasn’t going to come and lock the store to relieve him because she wasn’t tired and had more important shit to do”…. His 6 month old had to stay with him IN HIS CAR til 4:30AM the following morning and I only know this because I felt bad and stayed with them til they closed the store. The way she verbally handles people she doesn’t agree with and she’s not willing to do anything other than oh idk be respectful to people? 🤷🏾‍♂️ this location used to be SAFE to go to and since she’s gotten there it’s turned into a trap house
