  When I arrived to do my laundry per usual, I attempted to go to the restrooms and it was a total mess. I found the attendant named BeBe? and she jumped RIGHT on it. She cleaned the restrooms in a timely manor and disinfected it to the upmost. She has a stellar attitude on the whole manor. She was awesome 👌👏🏽😍

  The place is nice but their assistance Brittany is very rude and insensitive. She have no customer service skills especially or just plain courteous. After seeing me wait to us the restroom instead she looked at me multiple times like she was purposely moving slow because when I walked up she had not even started and instead of allow me to use the restroom having a health condition where I am not supposed to hold my urine I was forced to wait over 45 because of her she didn’t have a sense of urgency or consideration. When asked for her supervisor she stated her name was ursala if that’s even the truth then when asked when does she come in she then stated in the morning the turned around and said she want be here in the morning and when I asked the times she would be there she the stated she did not know she just knew in the morning she did not know her schedule or what hours HER SUPERVISOR come in which I found crazy because at EVERY company I worked at regardless if it was not the same shift I still knew my supervisor hours and means of contact. Another customer asked about the restroom while I am still standing her waiting while I am typing and she acknowledged them without hesitation but when she saw me she purposely moved slow and even after informing her I have a health condition she still forced me to wait as I am still doing. As a 24 hour business employee like this are unacceptable if they have no care for the customers that come to this business. So hopefully Brittany can have a training or maybe even better she can sit at home a few days and think about what she PURPOSE. Then got an attitude

  I always choose Speed Queen for their safe, clean, and calm facilities. However, this morning my experience was not usual. I was greeted by the attendant with a less than warm welcome of hurry up because she was mopping. It was 430a and I had been to this location previously so I knew that it was important to get a thorough cleaning because it is really busy. I understood that she wanted to clean before the Saturday morning rush and I avoided going where she had already mopped. I loaded the washer and went to my truck to wait to accommodate her efforts. When my washer was finished I came back inside to find that she had moved my basket. I didn’t say anything because she had said that she was about to mop. When I moved my belongings to the dryer area and went back to the truck all mopping was finished and others had started to come in. So I was surprised to come back inside to find that she had moved my basket again. She was beginning to fold the clothes that had been in the dryer since I first came and I asked her why she keeps moving my basket. She said that she was mopping and I told her that once she finished then she should put things back where they were. When I used their laundry basket to bring my things inside I then returned it to the entrance where I found it, and I only expected the same treatment after the floor had dried. She started telling me that she is allowing me to use the facilities and to stop talking to her before she call security. I told her that I’m paying to use the facility and she should call security. I told her that I would be calling management but I was unable to get her name or any other information from her or the security guard. The security officer was polite and noted that the floor was not wet from mopping and he helped me load my things. I have seen this lady at this location before and I have to assume that she is working overnight due to her attitude. This is not the standard of customer service that I expect or receive from Speed Queen and I hope that it is corrected.
