I never received the email and they wouldn’t honor it. Also the man Im pretty sure who is the owner told me to speak to his employee who wouldn’t help. Along with their smallest washer being $5.45 it’s a hard no for me ! I don’t think I’d return even if they did reconcile by honoring their promotion. Lastly being at work on the phone while a customer is attempting to talk to you had to be one of my biggest pet peeves. What happened to good customer service and when did it leave us all?

Joe always has a smile on his face and is quite friendly and knowledgeable, as is everyone else. I actually have two other friends who started coming here based off my recommendation, one has been coming for one year and the other for almost two years. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
