    I called to transfer my unit today. However, when I received my transfer confirmation it had the wrong date for my transfer. I called back and the customer service representative was Kimberly. I explained to her why I was calling and she gracefully placed a note on my file to reflect the correct date. It was handled professionally and in a timely manner so that I wouldn't have any problems with my transfer. With this type of courtesy you will continue to have valued customers!

    I’ve been renting a storage unit here for about five years, and overall I’ve been very pleased with the service. The facility is always clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. My only concern is that the rental rate keeps increasing over time. As a long-term tenant, I’d appreciate more stable pricing or a loyalty discount for consistent customers. Aside from that, I’ve had a positive experience and would still recommend this storage location to others.

    Beware! Sparebox has repeatedly increased their rates every six months for the past 2 years. Without any legitimate underlying reason but "...due to a variety of factors".

How do I rent a unit?

We offer three simple ways to rent a unit: On our website: You may filter through our locations to browse available units. You may also create your reservation and process your move in, all conveniently online! On location: All our locations (excluding SpareBox 0016 and SpareBox 0019) have a 24-hour on-site rental center with an easy-to-use kiosk. The kiosk will present all unit availability for the facility, and you easily create your reservation or move right in! With customer service: If you need assistance, please call (833) 777-7273 and one of our customer service team members will be happy to assist you in finding the right unit.

How do I set up my online account?

From the home page, click the red Register button in the upper right-hand corner: Select your state. Select your facility location. Enter your last name and unit number, exactly as they appear on your invoice or receipts. Note: Be sure to include any prefixed 0’s, or if you are in an accessible unit, be sure to include “ADA” after your unit number. After entering your last name and unit number, you will be prompted to set a password and a security question for your account.
