  I usually avoid posting negative feedback, but my experience with this company left me with no choice. From the initial phone call, I was quoted a specific service fee and they took my credit card information right away. When the technician arrived, he didn’t seem to know the reason for the visit nor was very knowledgeable to advise on the issue. He almost left when I asked him to perform the check on fridge that I paid for. There was no clear explanation of the repair process either. To make matters worse, the trip charge ended up being about double what I had been told. After I called to question it, I was promised a refund. The amount that came back, however, was not what we had agreed on. When I followed up again, the representative I spoke with sounded irritated that I was challenging the discrepancy, which made an already frustrating situation feel even worse. For the price that they charge they should at least have better customer service.

  Where do I begin...Mom & Dad build a fine business, never hiding charges. No Games! Kids took over =things went downhill too horrible and completely unacceptable! Service calls was delayed, then rescheduled to fit their schedule. Are we supposed to buy another Sub Zero? Use our neighbors? My SubZero needs work to keep food cold and fresh, BUT they need to cut costs, thus cancel and reschedule, to increase calls in the area (to gain as many $140 call charges possible. The CALL Charge never mentioned and was never charged before). Service came BUT failed to repair. More delays. Spoke w/ the FOUNDER's wife, mother of the kids running the business. She was a little surprised (not completely), very disappointed and tried to help. Mom sadly admitted the kids do it their own way and it is not the best for family business nor customers. More or less admitted they do not care about customer feedback and will address only if they need to do so. She apologized. Could hear her disappointment. Sad to think she is no longer listened and kept on to keep her busy..yet, she helped build the business and has so much more to offer!

  Great experience. Very knowledgable on the appliance and needed repair. Took great care to not damage anything else in doing the repair (i.e. floor, counter, etc.)

  I’ve used Seasonal Comfort to service Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances for many years. The service technicians have always been professional, knowledgeable, and capable to repair and advise.
