- EGEd GangiSep 23, 20251.0Terrible company. The furniture was good decades ago - now the designs are awful, sans a few pieces and those pieces are absurdly overpriced. Bought a $14k couch from them a year and a half ago and I didn't read the fine print. Returned it with no refund and got a store credit. I have contacted over a dozen designers and have been unable to sell this credit for even 40% of the value - that's a pretty good indication of how overpriced and cruddy this entire brand is - this particular store itself is a reflection of the overall corporate brand, lack of customer service and of course overpriced/gold plated janky furniture. If you live in Houston and like modern furniture, Cantoni is a much better bet all around.
