  We’ve bought several items from RH Baby & Child (crib, bed, desk, shelf, small table, ottoman, and two gliders). All were high quality and have held up really well. When we had a minor issue with the bed, it was resolved quickly and professionally. The staff working here are fabulous. They are super helpful and patient. They really get first time parents that are expecting. A nice bonus is the resale value is high when you are ready let go some of the baby items. Unfortunately, our experience at the adjacent RH store has not been nearly as good (see separate review). Keep that in mind if you are shopping at both.

  My husband and I happened to stumble upon this store today and I am so happy we did. We are expecting our first child and were curious to see what this store offered. We were greeted by a lovely woman named, Behnaz (Naz). She walked us through each crib room while giving us thorough descriptions of each piece and the options available. She was not pushy at all. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone with kiddos! Wonderful experience!

  So, we love the chair we bought for the nursery. It is as expected. However the journey to get the chair has been a bit of a mess. When you order a custom order they take half payment upfront and half when the chair is ready to ship. When the second payment didn't hit I started calling. I spoke to customer service in CA and was told not to worry, they couldn't tell why it was taking longer but everything was okay. Still didn't get the chair, called the store this next week. They said that my card listed on my membership didn't clear (I had one of those fraud replacements) so because of that the chair had been sitting there for 3 weeks. No one called me, no one told me or could tell when I called multiple times. So, okay no one calls you if there is an issue. Fine, updated the card info. Card was not charged for another several days. I asked if I could pay more to expedite delivery since we are now weeks behind, nope. No way to do so. Waited another 2 weeks, got a call to deliver the chair. One of the things they hang their hat on is 'white glove delivery'. Well, I didn't get a call to let me know the chair was on its way, thank goodness I was home. They brought the chair in and put it in the middle of the room. I had to ask them to move it to the correct spot. In the store they make it sound like the delivery guys will make sure the furniture is placed properly. That they won't be in a hurry to get out of there when they arrive unannounced. I'm so happy to have the chair, but I won't be ordering from them again. When I pay a premium for an item and a service I do it because I want to be treated well because my time is my most valuable resource, especially with a baby coming. The store definitely over sold the 'white glove' service, this has been a frustrating experience to say the least. While everyone was polite, it was inefficient and frustrating.
