  Did a fire vent hood system for my new shop delicious donuts in humble tx deano took really good care of us made the process very easily professional and very knowledgeable price is also reasonable I highly recommend anybody who is opening a restaurant to contact them

  Wow the staff here knows everything about nothing! I made my visit and simply asked 2 questions, how long until I can get my extinguisher recharged and how long until it will be ready. My answers were i don’t know. Like really you don’t know. I get an attitude from one of the ladies there. She said jack was busy unloading a truck and I asked well about how long do you think. Instead of getting up and finding out she just smirks and says when he is done. Then a guy was listening too this from his back office and insisted to just sit there and do nothing. I am a repeat customer (only came here because it was an emergency)well lol was a repeat customer. My patience wore THIN of these employees here and their not knowing about their job titles and customer appreciation. Zero trust and zero care from this place.
