I called for an oven not heating and the technician was able to put in a new oven igniter and it works beautifully now and took very little time. I will definitely call them again.

He didn’t have part available on hand but came back day after Christmas with part and competed the job. Mika did an amazing job. Was very professional and courteous. Called 30 minutes out before arrival. Hopefully don’t need appliance repair soon, but will definitely call Max Appliance Repair again for future issues.

The guy arrived within the time window that was given to me and called in advance to let me know they were 5 minutes away. After evaluating my washer, he gave me his recommendation. I decided to go with his recommendation. They had to order a part which would mean coming back on a business day with the new part. He said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday when they could come back. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call today, Tuesday, 12/16/25, that they were ready to come install the new part. Eddie arrived within the time he said he will be here. It took him less than an hour to get it installed! My washer is working again and the best part…no mess left behind. The cost for the service and parts was a little over $400 but definitely worth it for the expedient service and professionalism. I would recommend this company to anyone searching.
