  This place is a scam. Unless someone is using this name and scamming people. The first time my dryer stopped working I paid a little over $400. Only lasted a few months plus I noticed the guy kept googling like he didn't know what he was doing. This second time I only paid $235 and my dryer only lasted 2 weeks. Was told I'm getting a refund but never did. Just called today and got the same thing, there investigating and my refund will be processed. 😡😡

  Constantine did an outstanding job helping us repair our oven and microwave. The control panel had completely failed. The repair required a special part that had to be ordered, which took about two weeks to arrive. As soon as the part came in, Constantine returned right away to complete the repair. He made sure everything was installed correctly and working perfectly before leaving, and he even went the extra mile to ensure everything looked clean and properly aligned. Professional, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Constantine and the team for anyone needing appliance repairs. Excellent service from start to finish.

  What a wonderful experience I had with Ella, the dispatcher this morning! Our dryer wasn’t working properly at all and she was so kind and professional on the phone and we were able to have a repair technician come just a few hours later. Mika was punctual, polite, and replaced the rollers and another part so quickly, vacuumed up and explained the repair so well that it was easy to understand. He also offered some important maintenance tips. I would highly recommend Max Appliance Repair.

  My husband called to have someone look at our stovetop/oven, because it was leaking gas. They said it would cost $89 (+ taxes and fees) to come out and inspect it, but they'd waive the fee if we had them do the repair. The guy who came spoke very little English and was only able to communicate to us that the issue was the electric gas valve. He told us to call the company to schedule the repair because they needed to order the part. When we called, they also had difficulty communicating with us in English, and they gave us an expensive quote; but because of safety I just asked my husband to have them take care of it. He has called them back three times over the course of a week and they have not been able to schedule the repair - but they were happy to charge us for the inspection. Every time we call them they say they'll call us back by the end of the day and then they never do. Meanwhile I have an unsafe oven situation with no scheduled repair, so now I'll be calling someone else.

  I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and overall level of service I received. A technician came out to look at my washing machine but did not diagnose or fix the issue during the visit. Afterward, there was little to no follow-up communication about what might be wrong. I had to call the company multiple times to get an update, and eventually they provided a new diagnosis based on a video — something that was never mentioned or discussed with me at the time of the original visit. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially after paying for a service call and not receiving clear answers or resolution.
