They came out and “fixed it” Had them come out 2 more times and they still can’t seem to fix the standing water. Even though they changed me almost $300 to replace the pump that I don’t think I even needed because I still have standing water. I’ve given them multiple times to repair the issue of the standing water but once they got paid then suddenly there is no warranty like they say they have and now blame my tenants fault for the standing water and the new leak after the first service from them. No Max as I have discussed with you. It is your fault for not fixing the standing water that’s in my dishwasher and now you have caused DAMAGE to where my dishwasher is now leaking in my kitchen floor (which he denied happened) well I have proof!!!! Pictures don’t lie but this company sure does! This is the standing water in my dishwasher and my $300 is gone with no repairs made to the issue of why I called them and now I have a leaking dishwasher. Beware!!!Don’t go with this company. These two photos are from after they “fixed” my dishwasher the THIRD TIME. As you can see nothing here is fixed and they don’t have a warranty at all!!!! Update to your response: Like previous discussions the standing water in dishwasher was never resolved it happened multiple times after “fixing it”. I didn’t need a pump to begin with. If you were a good repairman you would have noticed that the hose loop was the issue, not the pump. You charged me a for labor and a pump that I didn’t need. I hired a qualified appliance repair company and they fixed this ongoing issue within minutes. It’s sad that you are trying to charge people for things that are not needed to repair.

I called Max in the afternoon and Charlie was there the next morning. He confirmed the problem and, thankfully, the cost of the diagnosis was rolled into the repair. He ordered the part on Friday and by Tuesday it was working again! Friendly, fast and professional.

My tech was Ken and he was super friendly and helpful. He confirmed the compressor went out and gave me a quote on repairs, even showed me the parts cost, and was super honest about the issues with this model. I have to replace the Kitchen Aid fridge but I had been limping it along for a few years so not a huge surprise. Best buy had already been out several times over the years and they told me to replace it 2021. Ken from Max's appliance repair is totally my new go to guy for appliance repair.
- TTTommyOct 23, 20255.0Dmytro was quick, diligent, and easy to schedule. He had great skill in troubleshooting what was wrong with my refrigerator in my hangar. I want to keep my older refrigerator working as the newer ones tend to go out every few years due to all the 'energy efficiency' features. My only comment would be there was a lot of confusion over pricing. The estimate given in the beginning was true, but he kept saying this is free, that is free, etc. while he was working... He also kept saying he wasn't going to charge me, and I said I need to pay you for your time and resources. I would say just ask him if you should plan to pay the quote, or if it is changing, etc... It was all good in the end and I paid more than he asked for his services as he did a great job and saved a lot of hassle for me. Just a lot of unnecessary confusion for no reason. I also have no issue with a price changing if more things are discovered. I will definitely use him again and recommend him. Very fair and reasonable, and the 2 hour window with availability the next day was great to plan around. My parents have used him 3 times already and will continue to use him.
