This store is a JOKE. I bought some items that no longer need and they didnt let me return them. I am a builder and buy lots of good daily from them . Now I placed an online order from LOWES.com and the order was supposed to shit to the store. I am here waiting for the day to pick it up which was today and I call to make sure it ready. They say
" they held the funds, and the shipping was canceled. Never received the email confirming it was canceled. Nothing I haven't shopped for anything else because I did this. If they do not have anymore product they shouldn't be able to withhold funds at all. Just to later say, nevermind. Very terrible.

I was looking for a water filter for my fridge and wanted to make sure it was the right one, I Asked 3 people and apparently there was only one person can help me with that. And it was with another customer. I waited eventually just left as I was walking out there was a gentleman standing by the exit and asked me did you find everything OK? I said No. Dis not butter to ask what was I'm looking for. Why do they asked if the not going to help.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
