I purchased French doors over a year ago. The process from beginning to end was a complete disaster, from Lowe’s management at the Royal Oaks location in Houston, Trinity installers, (which is a 3rd party hired by Lowe’s for installations because they closed the in-store department) and corporate management. Horrible customer service, constant rescheduling and cancellations. It took 7 months to resolve a situation that should have taken a few weeks, all to save a few dollars. It was huge inconvenience. My advice to anyone that have an installation project, please don’t choose Lowe’s. My experience was horrible and compensation was not enough. You will get the typical scripted apology with no change. I will not ever go back to Lowe’s or Home Depot for any product or services. I will shop small local hardware stores for my home improvement needs.

Came here Friday evening around 7pm to try to get paint samples for my daughter's room. Someone was paged but no one came. Nor did anyone try to help me. Terrible customer service. I was just standing there for 10 minutes. Will never come here again.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
