I absolutely HATE Lowes. Every single time I go here to get something, there’s always something wrong. Managers and supervisors are rude and not helpful. I need something so simple as to get something down from the top shelf and they look at me crazy. They were like we don’t have anybody. After 45+ mins they get it down and look at me like it was such a burden and hassle.

I’ve had one of the worst customer experiences of my life with this Lowe’s location. I bought a dishwasher two weeks ago, and they scheduled an installation — but no one ever showed up. My wife even took a day off work for this appointment, which caused her financial loss, and still no one came.
For more than two weeks, I’ve been going to this store almost every day, and every time someone gives me a different excuse with no real solution. My dishwasher is still not installed, and it’s extremely frustrating.
My wife has pain in her hands and cannot wash the dishes, and this delay has made things even harder for us. I had to cancel my plans and commitments because of this ongoing problem. I really don’t understand how a big company like Lowe’s can treat customers like this.
This has been a very disappointing and stressful experience, and I honestly regret buying from this location.
