This is worse and very sad that a lady took my cart away from me because I had four bags of black kowmenure one pine bark and one bag of peat moss and one lime plant . I was looking for fertilizers but when i returned I realized my cart has been removed from where I left it. Every year around this time I visit this Lows for my garden and backyard.. Matter of fact all bags were opened and laid out on the ground. One employee was helping me out because I am 71 years old and March 6 is my birthday. Wednesday and Thursday is my day off, as of my birthday gift to my backyard and my garden I was trying to make myself happy and busy on my birthday. The lady made me very uncomfortable and told me that I couldn’t get 50 percent off none of this bags, people tears that bags and asked for discount. I felt like I had done something wrong and begged for help from them to make me rich. I leave in sugar land for 25 years in my own house. I don’t think I need to drive all the way to kirkwood and Westhimer to receive this kind of behavior from your employees. 22 workers working for me in my workplace where I work. I don’t say anything and feel guilty to drive all the way. I am very sorry if I have been done any wrong to buy product from Lows . Shafi. Restaurant manager for 43 years.incident time is between 5/6 pm . It is very disappointing and disrespectful to an older censor citizen.

I had a great experience at Lowe’s. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to find everything I need for my project . The staff were friendly and helpful, and they took the time to answer my questions. and there’s a good variety of tools and materials. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future projects!

Do not purchase appliances from this store. The salesperson totally screwed up my order which we had to re-write the order. The day of my dishwasher install the installation company called and said we were outside of their service area and I needed to call the store to cancel the order and reorder from a store closer to us. I called the store and spoke to a manager who assured me she would cancel the order and issue a refund and set up a time for the service team to come back out and fix the refrigerator the was poorly installed. No call… no email… no communication after my call on Tuesday. On Friday I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. Was put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. So I called corporate office and had issue was resolved in 5 minutes. Worst customer service experience at store ever!

I Went to return a generator 12 days after purchasing it. Emmanuel the store manager and Felicia the assistant refused to return it even thought their policy says 30 day returns allowed. I was given a sticker on the generator that says I have 30 days to return, they kept saying I have 48 hours. However it says right in front of them if the package isn’t opened I have 30 days. I called corporate and they told them as long as it’s not opened I can return it. I recorded everything and honestly Felicia’s aggressiveness and yelling and false accusation are enough. Emmanuel was more respectful however he still didn’t process it and left and didn’t want to deal with it anymore. Clearly my generator isn’t opened or damaged and I am allowed to return it. However they just discriminated and acted unprofessionally. I wasted 2 hours there and there’s nothing I can do but take it back after the managers didn’t even want to talk anymore. If Lowe’s corporate wants their videos and refusal of service contact me.
A 300 pound generator that I had to move by myself and they refused to help. Clearly by the policy I attached shows that it’s returnable as it’s not damaged
