I visited this Lowe’s and bought 2 Gal of paint and a roller frame. Nancy at the check out walked up to my wife and I and accused us of stealing. She was telling us we were checking out only 1 Gal of paint. Instead of communicating she grabbed her device to try and prove a point and instead proved herself to be wrong. The gallons of paint also come with a single mixing stick and she wanted to charge us for it. She gave us an ugly face thinking we were stealing and when proven wrong didn’t apologize and walked away. UNPROFESSIONAL. I hate leaving reviews but something like this is unacceptable to me. We also wanted to talk to a manager and they delayed it as if there wasn’t only a handful of customers inside the entire building. 01/09/26 at around 5:55PM

I’ve shopped here numerous times only because I’d rather not wait in line a Home Depot. I call Loews the target of wal mart. You pay a little more but no lines. But today was the last time I shop here. I’ve past 11 people today… 13 now and not one asked if… can I help you find something. I know they have tasks but the fact that I past the same 4 people looking up at the signs and no one said can I help you is crazy. I even made contact and opened my mouth to ask something and they turned their head said all I needed to know. I have 2 gift cards to spend and I’m spending them now. All I needed was a garbage disposal. I won’t come here again. At least at Home Depot the acknowledge you by saying hi. Goodbye Loews.

We ordered a 12 foot Christmas tree and they shipped us a 7.5 foot tree. We brought it here to either exchange it for the correct item or get our money back. The customer service representative at the desk could not have been more disinterested in helping us. He was totally dismissive and rude. They refused to return the tree because it is a "holiday" item...even though it was THEIR MISTAKE. It was still in the box unopened. Needless to say, we'll take our business to Home Depot from now on.

I was in the store on 12/24/25 with my wife. I had one last item I wanted to look for so we asked several associates for help. Everyone did a lot of POINTING, but no one gave us CUSTOMER SERVICE. The worst of it was not the 2 young associates that couldn’t get onto the Craftsman tool case, it was BOB, the associates who was apparently assigned to work that area. He was rude and insulting.
