    This Lowe’s has gone downhill. I have been going to this location since 2013. The manager that ran the store, during that time was phenomenal. However, I think it’s actually more of a corporate philosophy of not hiring enough associates, as well as specialized associates (I.e plumbing, electrical etc) I went to this store a few weeks ago and requested a very simple item, and nobody could help me. This went on for 40 minutes. They would try to pull up the item on their phone, but had no idea how to handle. This had been going on for some time at Lowe’s , but this incident was the straw that broke the camels back. I went to customer service, and an older lady was very rude, telling me that the manager was on vacation. She said, I already told you that!!! She never said that to me, and was very nasty about it. I then went to the check out area and the guy who is always there (older gentleman-very nice and been there for years) told me her name. She would not give me her name (Alyssa or something like that). Needless to say, I left the store with no help, and no purchase, and a very rude lady on customer service. I went to HD across the highway and was in and out in 5 minutes. There were experts in the department and looked like the store had 3-4 times as many employees. Wow!!! I will never return to this store or Lowe’s. I’m now traveling across the highway to HD! They deserve my money. It’s sad because Lowe’s will eventually realize they have less and less business. Will it be too late? Not sure. But I am sure that they lost one customer today!

    I had a very bad experience today. I waited over 25 mins at the paint department and no one came to help me. I went to a lady and she called someone and he was telling me he has no idea what he’s doing and that he works at different department. The guy at the register was telling me to go to Home Depot because pant department here at lows is a mess, and the management can’t get the hiring right . Man all this stuff going on here at a multi billion dollar company . I felt so bad that I almost applied to help them lol.

    This was our third stop looking for a light ballast. We changed from fluorescent to LED bulbs. The old ballast would eventually start but it was a several seconds of delay. We decided to replace it. Lowe's had what we needed. With some installation time added, the lights are good as new.

    Don’t buy anything from this store! The return guy was so rude and attacking us when we tried to return an item. Not ever coming back here!
