Absolute worst customer service at this location. Never have had an issue with Lowe’s in the past. They refused to give me my order that had me as an alternate pick up because I wasn’t main pick up person. I had all the details including order number receipts. And I showed them a barcode on my app where I placed the order. They denied me my order and didn’t provide a refund receipt until the 3rd time I asked. I was assisted through the call center to place the order a second time and they assured me I wouldn’t have issues a second time. They sent a notification saying it was ready for pickup, when I showed up they said my order was fraudulent and had been canceled… I doubt it they just remembered the show they put on the previous morning for four hours and decided to call it that. Due to material shortage in other locations I tried here a third time they refused to load my materials made me cancel my order which locked my card and had to order a new one. Absolutely ridiculous, manages Martin has no idea how to manage and shouldn’t hold the title. I spent 4 hours arguing with them the first day and another 3 the second day. And now my project is delayed even further because now my credit card is blocked. Which is a Lowe’s credit card btw and they refuse to unblock it before the 5-7 days window.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
