Just experienced the worst customer service in my 20 plus years of coming to Lowe's. The customer service woman rushed me off giving me the wrong location. I had a leg brace on and showed her what I was looking for. No one on the store asked if I needed help. I tried to get help from a cashier who was just standing around. I'll burn the extra gas & go to Gulfgate the next time where they are more caring & helpful. These employees hate either people or their jobs.

Don’t use their curbside parking service. It takes them longer than usual for anything you’ve ordered online. Inside store associates may or may not be helpful it just depends on the time of day.

I have used Lowe’s for years as preferred store to buy power tools etc…
Today I’m returning a portable generator brand new in its box sealed up with receipt in hand and within the 30 days period and they don’t want to take it back. I spoke to customer service and they affirmed me I have to be able to return it still, but
Ms. Crystal “the manager” refused to do so. They are contradicting themselves, now I understand she just doesn’t want to take it back. They whiling to argue with you over something so simple where you as customer have the right. I’m not even trippin anymore I could prolly find another use for this generator but one thing is for sure they just lost a customer today on a serious note.
I hope corporate see this post.

This store needs either new mgtmt OR needs to hire more people and that care. I live nearby, 9 out of 10 experiences, employees avoid you, cant find anyone around, it takes long to get service, customer service always talkes down to you. If you need help to go Home depot. If you know what you need and what you want (no help) go to this lowes.. Its sad..
