Horrible service at the customer service lady with short hair didn’t wanna accept my ID on my phone or see an order number through the phone when I had placed the order online I come back with my ID someone else was attending and they didn’t even check it. They didn’t check it because it was NOT NEEDED physically! Managers I would watch how she attends others from now on you’ll see someone’s demeanor towards others.

I had a very disappointing experience in the paint department at Lowe’s today. There was no one in front of me, yet I waited nearly 10 minutes after ringing the service bell before anyone came to assist.
During that time, the associate working in the department looked around the corner multiple times but did not come over. When she finally approached, she appeared visibly annoyed and offered no greeting. I was then told that this location no longer does custom paint or color matching.
The combination of the wait, the lack of basic customer acknowledgment, and the abrupt interaction made the experience frustrating. If services like custom paint and color matching are no longer offered, that information should be clearly communicated so customers aren’t left waiting unnecessarily.
Asked for manager who was nice but she asked her assistant manager to come over since he knew paint better. He said it was due to paint match machine being broken but the can was purchased there and had their formula on it, so do you blame the employee who hates their job or the management that creates and protects that culture?
I expect better customer service and clearer communication from Lowe’s.

Hey so we had a food truck event as holy smokes barbecue, Had a issue with the generator and brought it to get it checked out. Without asking any questions they checked it out. Heard us out and did the best they can to resolve this issue. Richard ASM and Nurley front end has helped tremendously. They went a step further and Richard went to the back and replaced the battery for us. Thank you Richard ASM and Nurley Front end.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
