Vu Ly was very nice and knowledgeable but the great customer service ended when I told him I only wanted two windows. He quoted me at 9.99% and I am ready to purchase, however when I told him I wanted 2 windows he then say that his manager told him about a deal happening on January 1st where if you spend $5000 I can get 0% interest for 3 years. That is a great deal, however I do want to spend $5000 right now. I want to get two windows right now and I will not be manipulated into spending more money. Well, since then I have not heard from Vu Ly. I have called, emailed and texted with no response. I even went to the store twice to see if someone there can help. Lawrence was great but he didnt know the answer so he called for Dom, the manager. I waited for 30 minutes only for Dom to tell me to continue to wait as he passed me off to another manager who was with another customer. Why couldn't Dom help me, he wasn't with a customer he was talking to other employees. I dont want to wait to January because the 9.99% rate will be gone and I cant and will not spend $5000 now. I am willing to give a better rating if I can get some help. Ive always had a great experience at Lowes until Vu Ly.
