So this Lowe’s is profiling people. I guess since I got tattoos, all I come to do is steal.
So she asked me if I needed any help and I said no. My guys on lunch so I was just wasting a little time looking around maybe gonna buy another razor knife or something. But when I said no, I didn’t need any help. She said yeah sure and then she started to follow me around the store and then had two guys at the front watching me like I was gonna run out with something. I did nothing to deserve that type of profile. I guess my tattoos makes me a bad person or is it because I’m Hispanic? Either way uncalled for. And then I went and asked to speak with a manager about the situation and stood there for a little while waiting and decided I was wasting my time. I work for a big company. We spend a lot of money at Home Depot. And this is why we only come to Lowe’s when we have to. But I’ll be going out of my way for now on to draw the extra distance and avoid this store. That’s why they shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Just cost them a bunch of money.

Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying find out if they had a specific product. Got put on hold and forgotten about after finally getting to a human after battling their terrible AI assistant for several minutes. Tried calling back and asking for customer service only to be routed to a line that kept on ringing for over 5 minutes with no answer or indication of place in queue.
Pathetic customer service. I’ll try Home Depot.
