My curbside purchase order was neither quick nor "curbside" as i had to wait a total of 45 minutes and finally went into the store after waiting 20 minutes. I requested the help for a gentleman who asked another employee named Belen to assist me, as I was waiting for quite some time. She ignored him by and then ignored me when I asked for assistance. In both cases, she did not even acknowledge that someone was speaking to her and walked away. After seeing her at Customer Returns, she again ignored me initially but finally said someone would help me. The manager on duty, Vanessa, finally found my purchase and simply handed it to me without an apology. I asked for someone else to speak to and she said there was no one else and asked me to contact the corporate office. I called the corporate customer service number and was told by the representative that she could only log the issue, and nothing would come of it, but she couldn't assist further because she wasn't located in the United States. In summary, I'm surprised by the extreme lack of simple courtesy and accountability and do my best to not make any further purchases at this location.
