- NONatasha OkponJan 19, 20265.0I needed 3/4 inch plywood measured to a specific dimensions. Sam was busy loading the shelves with a partner who was driving a forklift. As soon as I asked him for assistance he dismissed himself and told the other guy that he was going to help me. Instead of spending $35 on the already finished expensive plywood that was small he led me to this huge piece that was more than I needed but cheaper and told me to come find him once I paid for it. I did what he said and he led me to the back where the saw was. I specifically needed 23.75” x 47.75” for it to fit into the metal frame to build my own aquarium stand. The first line he drew was at 2 feet even and I emphasize how important it was for it to be exactly the measurements that I showed him on my phone screen. He drew a second line and achieved it once. Once he was done I measured both and one of them needed to be trimmed down a little bit more. He initially said that was dangerous to trim such a small amount. But he gave it a try anyway because I had three-quarter inch instead of half he said. He convinced me to keep the rest of the wood because I already paid for it. I forgot to mention that the labor was free. And all of this took place less than an hour before closing. Always go to Lowe’s instead of Home Depot. They are the best.

She welcomed me with a smile and a greeting. She was very kind, nice and extremely helpful this morning when she helped me return and exchange a garbage disposal and helped me purchase some other items needed for the installation. I can see why they made her head cashier, she's fast with finalizing transactions and offers great friendly and helpful customer service for Lowe's. Definitely delivering Core Values and Behaviors and beyond as one team associate to another! Wish there was more like her!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
