In both cases, she did not even acknowledge that someone was speaking to her and walked away. After seeing her at Customer Returns, she again ignored me initially but finally said someone would help me. The manager on duty, Vanessa, finally found my purchase and simply handed it to me without an apology. I asked for someone else to speak to and she said there was no one else and asked me to contact the corporate office. I called the corporate customer service number and was told by the representative that she could only log the issue, and nothing would come of it, but she couldn't assist further because she wasn't located in the United States. In summary, I'm surprised by the extreme lack of simple courtesy and accountability and do my best to not make any further purchases at this location.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
