    Employees just standing around, not looking to help at all and would rather avoid eye contact and walk the other way. Mind you the store was empty and overstaffed, yet it was such a hassle trying to get assistance for some of the items that require the help of a team member. I spent 30 minutes and couldnt get them to take my hard earned money. It was like, why should I spend my money here- I went down the road to The Depo and was in-out in 10minutes. Lowes- Do Better!!

    Finally someone in plumbing!!! He was putting the connections in the proper bins. Fellow customer.... make this guys job easier put them back where you got it from its not that hard. "Top" was cruising the aisles helping customers as always. The cashier .....under appreciated by Lowes... were helpful too

    Do not buy carpet here. I have had to make three 200 mile round-trips, so far, over the course of three weeks, just to try to find out the status of my carpet delivery. They do not answer their phones. Spent 5.5 hours on hold waiting for someone just to answer the phone. It never happened. The alleged AI assistant that answers all calls is worthless, cuz Associates never answer the phone when the call is transferred to an Associate. The people in the store are pleasant, but that pleasantness is worthless if they cannot provide any answers. Never Again. Buyer Beware.

    Abelist. A placed an online order for curbside pickup. I called to make sure it would be okay to pick up my order that saturday. they said it would be okay, and they would put a note on my order. When I arrived I got a call from a store associate saying my "payment didnt go through" so I would have to pick up my order inside. You literally cannot place an order without making a payment. I looked at my bank account and saw that moments before arriving I had been refunded and then another charge was attempted. Its clear that they cancelled my order refunded and then realized their mistake and attempted to recharge me. I told the girl this and told her I cannot pick up order inside because I am ill. (I am chronically ill and struggle with mobility and weakness) I chose curbside for a reason. I even told her id let her boss come out and take my card and pay, but I wouldnt be going inside and struggling etc because of their mistake. She talked to her boss and he said I would have to go inside. I left. after leaving I went to attempt to cancel my order on my own. on my "manage your order" site it would have allowed me to adjust payment. so I could have done it online in my car. The manager on duty never suggested that. I cancelled my order and replaced my order with another store. Which, could have been another solution at this store, that could have helped in this situation. Unfortunately the manager didnt care to come up with a solution to help a customer who was physically unable to do what HE wanted. I am absolutly disgusted. Frustrated etc. Never going to this location again. I placed a complaint with corporate which I never, ever do. I never write reviews but someone here needs to be re-trained especially when dealing with people who are chronically ill.

    Lowe’s is generally an easy and convenient store to shop at. Everything is laid out in a way that makes items easy to find, and it’s rarely overcrowded, which I really appreciate. Parking is easy, and I like that they offer veterans parking, which is a nice touch since my son is a veteran. I also love how organized the carts usually are they’re almost always where they should be. Self-checkout is another plus and usually moves quickly. Sometimes it can be slow depending on the season.One of my favorite things about Lowe’s is their holiday décor they always have a huge selection and lots of fun options to choose from. On the downside, the bathrooms are often not very clean, and returns can be a bit of a hassle. Their return policy has definitely gotten stricter, so make sure to hold onto your receipt. Because of that, returns aren’t as smooth as they used to be. Overall, it’s still a solid store with good organization and convenience. A few improvements in cleanliness and return flexibility would easily make this a 5-star experience.
