    Your customer service is terrible. Delivered a fridge on Tuesday. We found out it the freezer wasn't working Thursday, which is two days later, but apparently it's just passed the 48 hours mark so we can't get any help. How are people that work supposed to deal with this? Thanks for taking my money and delivering a defective product.

    I rented a carpet cleaner from here. It was very dirty. I spent an hour cleaning out pet fur, and wiping everything down before I even used it. I was then charged $40 for cleaning when I returned it. How insane. Clearly they don't require people to clean it, or I wouldn't have been given a filthy one in the first place.

    I had placed an online order that was cancelled. I called and spoke to Ms. Angie and she was able to find the items and set them aside so I could purchase in store. When I went in, I spoke to Ms. Angie who found them right away and helped me check out. These 2 ladies should be the gold standard for Lowe's associates. I have been a lil stressed and their kindness meant so much during this time. They made this visit great and brightened my day just by seeing me as a person.

    OMG, THEY HAVE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I waited over 15 minutes with no assistance on several occasions only to have kind customers helping me with a heavy item. You AS A BIG COMPANY should be ashamed. Lowes BLOWS!!!!! n this was not my first time
