    Tori and the rest of the love sac team at the Houston galleria store were amazing. They really cared about ensuring that I picked the best color choice for my new sactional covers. I asked a ton of questions and they answered each one with patience and genuine enthusiasm. I’ve had my love sactional for 8 years now and I’m thrilled with the ease of giving it a new look. Thanks love sac!!

    The older lady at the store is so rude saying things she shouldn’t. She told her two younger associates, “Oh that aren’t going to buy anything” loud enough where my husband could hear her. If I heard it I would have left and not bought a thing. She made lovesac look horrible to me. They young lady that helped us we super sweet and you could tell was learning and her older associate is a bad influence to the both of them. The younger guy was doing great showing everything to anyone who walked in. Other than the rude old lady we were good and still got the sofa I wanted. However they didn’t have the color I really wanted so I opted for the cheaper color till they get better choice. The one I wanted was discontinued and that one was considered custom keep that in mind if you go. Just got them in the mail be prepared for some struggle with side covers. I have now rug burn on several fingers,that have opened the skin. If I were you hire someone to put the side covers on.The base and the pillows are easy but the backs and sides are a nightmare.
