    Rude, condescending, male employee, morning/early afternoon is 8/21/25. When a potential new customer enters, without knowledge of pool services & brand new to pool handling, this is NOT the place to go! And being their website offers no customer complaint option, I'm not sure the company cares their employees chase customers to competitors. The irritable employee was snide when I did not know how much was needed or how to store a water sample, my first time to bring one in for testing. He spoke down to me as if I had any idea other being told I would bring a sample & had nothing to say when I mentioned i couldn't have known any of these details. I was polite but said nothing after I realized I was talking to a customer service-deficient & went down the street to the next supply store, where the employees were polite & helpful. Screenshots of my attempts report the employee, when I found no email or contact info for their main office.

    Not sure if he runs the location or not (short bald guy) but he has been the only person working during my 6 or so (and last) visits to the Willowbrook location. He seems knowledgeable about pool treatment which is why I gave the location a 2 stars and not 1. He is/has been rude, dismissive, and arrogant to towards me many times and other customers often. Today a woman who had to be in her 70's walked in carrying a pool cleaner to get serviced. His only greeting was "I will be with you in a minute!" When she sat the pool cleaner on the counter he snapped at her and said "take that off the counter" and made her put it on the floor. This jerk needs to find a job he likes then learn manners and customer skills. I walked out today without spending a dollar and won't be back to this location and I hope anyone that reads this does the same.
