- GJGus JohnstonSep 25, 20255.0I am a new pool owner. I went into this location today and was helped by Cole. I had many questions and Cole took his time making sure I understood his answers. I was sent to this location by another location saying they would have a part I needed to replace on my chlorinator. The other location did not understand exactly what we needed and rushed us out. However, Cole took his time to thoroughly understand what I wanted. He located the additional parts at another location and confirmed with them that the part was available. I have heard mixed reviews about Leslie’s pool supplies customer service. I can imagine how people would get frustrated as there are many complexities to owning a pool and they do not have everything for everybody. However, I believe there’s a reason there are countless locations of this chain all over the Houston area because they really do try to get good customer service despite some people being difficult to work with. I’m leaving this review because Cole was extra extraordinary and I do think this location deserves five stars. Also thank you to Hector for assisting with some questions that Cole didn’t know the answer to. I will be back here.
