  Caution with their diagnostic service. They charge $115 for a “visual diagnostic” and $160 for a more in depth one. The visual fee is applied toward repairs if you proceed with service, but the deeper diagnostic fee is not credited back. Doesn’t make any sense. This policy was never explained to us at the store when they recommended the diagnostic, and it feels misleading, almost like a way to squeeze more money out of customers. Had this been disclosed upfront, we never would have agreed. Overall, very frustrated and disappointed with the lack of transparency.

  Erika- the store manager here offers the best customer service that you could have asked for. She's so knowledgeable about pool products, parts and chemicals. She answered my calls twice with lots of questions and made me feel at ease. When I came to store, she reserved the parts I need, helped me with other products. Employee ljke her made business go more and more successful.
