  Purchased a La-Z-Boy loveseat. It was delivered late. They said they called but I didn't answer, so no follow-up. I had no missed calls and no messages from them. The workmanship quality of the loveseat is not what you would expect from La-Z-Boy. In fact, it is poor. I contacted their service department and was given March 5 for service. Someone was to call the day before with a time. Never happened. I called service, was told to leave a message and someone will get back to me in 48 hours. This isn't my first La-Z-Boy purchase, but it will be my LAST. I paid for a service contract. What a dummy?

  Tommy Alejandro was our sales associate and was very knowledgeable about the various products we were interested in buying. We were familiar with LazyBoy furniture for many years and appreciate the quality. We highly recommend LazyBoy to our friends and family members and to anyone who appreciates style and quality products.

  I enjoyed shopping at La-Z-Boy on Katy Freeway. B.B., the salesman, was very friendly and helpful. The manager was also easy going. They gave me a great deal on a leather recliner and agreed to match a price from a competitor. I purchased not one, but two recliners, and was able to pick them up that day at the warehouse. The same-day pick up was perfect because I live 2.5 hours away. The guys at the warehouse, who loaded the recliners into our truck, were professional and also great to work with. And of course I love my recliners. They are so comfortable! Wonderful experience all around!!!
