After 2 days of receiving it we realized it was a huge mistake honestly the most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever purchased. They talk you into the extended warranty stating that if you don’t use it you’ll get the money back they know clearly well you will have to use it as the product is less then par. We tried calling the mgr about returning it he told us we’d have to pay 2500. To return it. Wow!!! I’ll have to use it as a bedroom chair now. I spent 4k on a chair that I cannot sit on as it hurts my back the lumbar is crooked and it squeaks and pops . Very noisy when rocking. Just giving peop heads up think long and hard before purchasing one they are expensive and definitely not worth it. Having to live with my mistake

They gave me a great deal on a leather recliner and agreed to match a price from a competitor. I purchased not one, but two recliners, and was able to pick them up that day at the warehouse. The same-day pick up was perfect because I live 2.5 hours away. The guys at the warehouse, who loaded the recliners into our truck, were professional and also great to work with. And of course I love my recliners. They are so comfortable! Wonderful experience all around!!!
