Machine had option to make more precise copies for $2.99 each but it seems they should be made right the first time. There shouldn't be a precise option. I'm already paying $10.99 per key. Expected better, I've used this service before with better results.

I like that there’s an option to get the key right then or have a different design mailed later, there was a lot of variety as well. The machine was easy to use and I like that there’s a feature for you to create an account and have the imprint of your key saved and available on any of those machines anytime/anywhere. The refund was easy to request and quick to process, it was just unfortunate that none of them worked.
