She called a manager and they rejected to give me one. another manager also came and said they do not provide gift receipt to customers. I was beyond mad with how they treated me. Can someone confirm if they actually can’t provide gift receipts? I found it very difficult to believe.

I entered and was struck by how large and beautiful the store was. I was looking for an animal crochet kit for my 13 year old grandson. Yes, he asked for this. Teenagers love crocheting, both boys and girls. I found it with no trouble, and am very grateful for the low prices. Checkout was a breeze, even though the store was crowded. There was a checker at every register. Thank you Hobby Lobby, for a pleasant experience.
