Unit claimed to have been swept on the day of move-in but there were rat poison smeared along the edges of the unit. The presence of outdoor owl statues surrounding the indoor units clearly indicates management are aware of some sort of infestation. All I wanted was to talk to corporate for a valid explanation behind the charges — sorry for being difficult, Elizabeth!
