What stood out most was that Rochelle wasn’t just there to make a sale. She genuinely cared about helping me as a customer. I’m in the process of finding a permanent home, so every dollar matters, and I really appreciated that she focused on what was best for my situation rather than upselling me. On top of that, the facility itself is very well maintained, extremely clean, and well equipped with plenty of trolleys and equipment available for customer use. Overall, a great experience thanks to Rochelle’s kindness, patience, and professionalism. Highly recommend this location!
