- OUOEM UploadedFeb 10, 20265.0Went to get a new unit today after the property has undergone renovations , Pedro the manger of many years was very helpful , I was able to get insight on the low prices displayed online that I couldn't believe were this affordable, the move in cost is around 65.00 on top of what you'll see for the unit price I haven't received any better deals around Houston so far . I would highly recommend
