I spoke with Pam, who was the kindest person ever! She answered my questions and provided me with clear details. She even gave me the manager’s number, Quinton, to call for additional information. He was so professional and friendly. I absolutely love great customer service and they hit the mark! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
