From the moment I approached her she was so rude & spoke to me like I was stupid. One time they lost our storage keys and later when we asked who it was it was her! Of course! If the attitude wasn’t so unpleasant we wouldn’t mind the accidents but wow! Hard working day just to drop our stuff off here and had troubles and unfortunately VERA made the whole experience even more stressful. Thanks vera!
